After a neck injury in high school, our family chiropractor was able to get me back in the gym. I was amazed by my body’s ability to heal itself. Little did I know, this experience would lead me to a lifelong commitment of natural healing through chiropractic care.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences from the University of Central Missouri and completed my Doctorate in Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College. I was fortunate to study acupuncture under Dr. Richard Yennie and receive my National Board Certification in Acupuncture. My learning did not stop there!

I am constantly attending classes and studying new techniques to better care for my patients. I use the latest innovative technique ‘specific prone’, a light, gentle, and comfortable technique with outstanding results. I also utilize different techniques that treat a wide variety of conditions with positive, long-lasting results. I am certified in Zone Technique. This modality has a made a huge impact on the lives of my patients! Most people think of chiropractic as a treatment for neck or back pain. Chiropractic is a great way to relieve neck and back pain, but this is only a small part of what the chiropractic is all about. Altered nerve flow is the root cause of pain and disease.

Misaligned spinal vertebrae negatively effects proper nerve flow. By adjusting the vertebrae to their proper alignment, overall health and well-being are restored. I like to educate our patients about the cause of disease as well as the treatment necessary to restore health through proper spinal function. I believe educated patients provide a strong foundation for a successful doctor/patient relationship. The atmosphere is then optimum for healing to occur.

I have been honored five years in a row with the Top 25 Outstanding Doctors in America award for his “outstanding achievement and contribution to the chiropractic profession and community.” I share my knowledge as a counselor and mentor to other chiropractors for Pinnacle Management Group - a national chiropractic organization. I am also a national speaker on the philosophy of success, health and happiness. It is a privilege and honor to serve my hometown community.

I care for patients of all ages. My focus is not only to get sick people well, but to keep them well through chiropractic care and acupuncture. I love being a chiropractor because I can change my patients’ lives for the better every single day.
